SHIPPING POLICY
Insurance of postage items is price prohibitive. We ensure all Bohobeachgypsy items are packaged meticulously and so we are not liable for damage in shipping.
Shipping is ex East Coast of Australia. Estimated shipping timeframes:
Metro: up to 2-3 business days
Country: up to 5-6 business days
Shipping to Perth & Darwin is definitely a minimum of 7 days and so if you wish for your item sooner, we recommend you choose the express post option at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping times provided are estimated as a guide only, whilst we endeavour to get your item out as a priority, please also allow for order processing time.
Delays such as COVID-19, extreme weather events, weekends and public holidays may impact on shipping times.
Australia Post Tracking is provided with all shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read the item description thoroughly, look through the photos, use the sizing chart if applicable and check the items details to make sure it is what you want as unfortunately change of mind under Australian Consumer Law is not acceptable. I am happy for you to make contact with me to ask any questions about the jewellery piece or any other item you are considering purchasing rather than you purchasing and it isn’t exactly what you were after.
I do take the photos in varying light and angles to ensure you see a true representation of the item, however when purchasing jewellery items due to the organic nature of crystals, gemstones and silver, there may be slight differences between each piece. Please also allow for slight variations in
colour, as some monitors, browsers and phone screens display colour differently.
All items are meticulously packaged, refunds will not be given for damage in transit.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
All Bohobeachgypsy jewellery is carefully crafted using the highest quality of materials. I offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty on all Bohobeachgypsy handmade jewellery pieces from date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase. Upholding of this warranty will be at the discretion of
Bohobeachgypsy. Repairs to the item will be undertaken as a matter of priority. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or neglect in not following the care instructions provided.
Warranty is exempt on all other items.
